General Aftercare
- Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for 4-6 hours
- Keep the area clean and dry for 24 hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment
- Avoid extreme heat (saunas, hot baths) for 48 hours
- Sleep elevated on your back for the first night if possible
- Apply cold compress if needed for swelling
- Stay well hydrated and maintain a healthy diet
Things to Avoid
- Do not massage or manipulate the treated area
- Do not apply makeup to injection sites for 12 hours
- Do not book dental appointments for 2 weeks
- Do not fly for 48 hours after treatment
- Do not have facial treatments for 2 weeks
- Do not expose treated areas to direct sunlight without SPF
Specific Aftercare Instructions
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
- Results appear within 3-14 days
- Avoid lying down for 4 hours after treatment
- Gentle facial movements help product settle
- Follow-up appointment at 2 weeks if needed
Dermal Fillers
- Swelling and bruising are normal for 1-7 days
- Results are immediate but settle over 2 weeks
- Arnica cream can help reduce bruising
- Avoid pressure on treated areas
Skin Boosters & Profhilo
- Small bumps at injection sites are normal for 24 hours
- Full results develop over 2-4 weeks
- Avoid active skincare ingredients for 3 days
- Second session typically at 4 weeks
When to Seek Help

- Skin discoloration (blue/white patches)
- Vision changes or eye pain
- Spreading redness, warmth, or pus
- Fever or feeling generally unwell
